Over-Snow Vehicle (OSV) Use - Draft Environmental Impact Statement Available for Review

The Eldorado National Forest has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and is seeking comments on the Eldorado National Forest Over-Snow Vehicle Use Designation Project.
With this project, the Forest Service proposes to designate OSV areas and trails for public OSV use on the National Forest System lands within the Eldorado National Forest, consistent with Subpart C of the Travel Management Regulations, and to identify OSV trails where grooming will occur.
To be timely, comments must be submitted by August 6, 2018. The DEIS is available for review on the Eldorado National Forest website at:
