Martha Creek Dam Removal

Martha Creek Dam is gone and young fish have returned to the site, according to Gifford Pinchot National Forest Hydrologist, Bengt Coffin. With completion of this removal, Mt. Adams Ranger District staff have once again made a major contribution to recovery of threatened Lower Columbia River steelhead.

Martha Creek Dam was located approximately a half-mile south of the Wind River Nursery fields.
