Apply for Forest Service Temporary Jobs February 4-10

Applications for many temporary summer jobs on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest must be submitted through USAJOBS February 4-10, 2015.

Fourteen temporary positions are available in recreation, biology, range, timber, and visitor services. The majority of these jobs involve working outdoors except visitor services, which is an office job. All offer the challenges and rewards of working on the frontlines of conservation, resource utilization, and wildland management.

Descriptions of most positions can be found now on the Forest Service outreach website at http://fsoutreach.gdcii.com/Outreach and more will be added before February 4.

Enter 110617 in the organization box to limit the search to jobs on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The outreach notice lists the announcement number used to find and apply for the job on USAJOBS.

Applications will be accepted only through the USAJOBS website, www.usajobs.gov, February 4-10, 2015. Applicants are encouraged to access the website early to allow time to create or update their user accounts.
