The Clarks Fork Ranger District
Located in northwest Wyoming, the Clarks Fork Ranger District lies east of Yellowstone National Park and is bordered on the north by Montana. From high alpine lakes in the granitic Beartooth Range to the volcanic Absaroka Range, spectacular scenery awaits you. Hiking, lake and stream fishing, and camping are just some of the recreational activities to enjoy on this district. The office for the Clarks Fork Ranger District is located in Cody, Wyoming.

 The Wapiti Ranger District
Named for the Native American word for "elk," the Wapiti Ranger District is located in northwest Wyoming and bordered by Yellowstone National Park and the Bridger-Teton National Forest on the west; the Clarks Fork Ranger District is on its northern boundary. The office for the Wapiti Ranger District is located in Cody, Wyoming.

The Greybull Ranger District
Named for the Greybull River that flows through three-quarters of the district, the Greybull River District is located in northwest Wyoming. The Wapiti Ranger District of the Shoshone lies at its north and western boundaries while the Wind River Ranger District is found to its southwest. The office for the Greybull Ranger District is located in Cody, Wyoming.

The Washakie Ranger District
The Washakie Ranger District, named for Chief Washakie, a leader of the Shoshone Indians, is located in midwest Wyoming. It is divided into two areas by the Wind River Indian Reservation. On the western border, the Continental Divide separates the Washakie Ranger District and the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The Washakie Ranger District office is located in Lander, Wyoming.

The Wind River Ranger District
Named for the Wind River Range flanking its western border, the Wind River Ranger District is located in northwest Wyoming. The Bridger-Teton National Forest borders on the west, while both the Wapiti and Greybull Ranger Districts of the Shoshone National Forest lie north. The Wind River Ranger District is located in Dubois, Wyoming.
