As part of the twenty sixth annual observance of National Fishing Week, the Willamette National Forest, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and their partners, invite you to come out for a fun day of free fishing on Saturday June 7, 2014.

The Forest will offer three events to give youngsters the opportunity to get outdoors to fish and learn about fishing. If they are big enough to hold a pole, they are old enough to fish!

Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife has authorized free fishing to all people, regardless of age, for the entire weekend of June 7-8. State size restrictions and catch limits are in effect at each site as stated in the 2014 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations book.
