There are miles of established roads and trails on the Dakota Prairie Grasslands for off-highway vehicle enthusiasts to explore. We ask users to stay on track to prevent damaging delicate grassland resources. This brochure will help guide you on how to recreate with off-highway vehicles on the Little Missouri National Grassland. For other grasslands on the DPG, please review the motor-vehicle use map in the map section of this page.

Whether you are sighting in your rifle in preparation for hunting season or just testing your skills, check out this brochure from the McKenzie Ranger District for useful information about target shooting and "know before you go."
