The Wenatchee River Salmon Festival celebrates its 24th anniversary. FREE Family Day, Saturday, September 20, 2014 -- 10am-5pm. (September 18-19 are reserved for scheduled school groups only). Note: the festival is not open on Sunday.
Come and enjoy festival favorites like Reptile Man, Gene Tagaban, Cape Fox Dancers, and new activities like the fishing Simulator, the NW Lions health screening unit and a host of outdoor activities.
Salmon Fest celebrates the return of Pacific Northwest salmon to their native spawning grounds. The festival has garnered national awards for excellence and is devoted to engaging people of any age in fun-filled “edu-tainment,” a venue that is both educational and fun at the same time.
