California High Speed Rail Authority Geotechnical Investigation
The Forest Service has made a decision to issue a special use permit to CA Hi-Speed Rail Authority for a geotechnical investigation of the feasibility of tunneling through the Angeles National Forest. The special use permit allows drilling and extraction of rock cores at 5 locations along existing roads and disturbed areas. For the Decision Memo and supporting documents please see the links below.
