The USDA Forest Service Lassen National Forest proposes authorizing Frontier Communications to install, operate and maintain a broadband fiber optic cable on lands within the Lassen National Forest.

Buried fiberoptic line will run southwest along HWY 172 and northwest along HWY 89 toward Lassen Volcanic National Park.
