Willow Creek Avulsion
Northern Water proposes to address an area on Willow Creek at risk for avulsing (rapidly abandoning the existing channel and creating a new stream channel) with bank stabilization including grading, soil lifts, toe wood, and riprap stabilization.

The proposed project is located on Sulphur Ranger District on Willow Creek adjacent to Highway 125. The location on Willow Creek is very close to the confluence with Mulstay Creek.
