Vegetation management activities are proposed across the project area to create or maintain multiple age classes within the spruce-fir cover type; and reduce fuel loading and ladder fuels within 200 feet either side of FSR 1831 and FSR 1834 - an identified POD boundary.

The Lakeview Project is located approximately 27 miles north of Silverthorne, west of Colorado Highway 9 in the Spring Creek area.
