Webbs Ferry is situated on the western shoreline of the Allegheny Reservoir just south of the New York State line. The two-lane boat launch has a 130 foot courtesy dock for loading and unloading boats. There is also a 600 foot, paved, accessible foot trail with benches that will take you to a 45-foot long fishing pier.
Willow Bay Recreation Area is located directly across on the eastern shoreline of the reservoir. This boat launch is the nearest boat launch to Hooks Brook Boat-to Campground.

Directions:From downtown Warren
- Travel north on Market St. to 2nd Ave.
- Turn right onto W. 5th Ave.
- Travel on W. 5th Ave. for 3.3 miles
- W. 5th Ave. becomes Scandia Road
- Travel on Scandia Road for 4.9 miles.
- Scandia Road becomes Warren-Olean Road.
- Travel on Warren-Olean Road for 5 miles.
- Where Warren-Olean Road veers to the left, take the Forest Service Road to the right.

Lake and Pond Fishing
Courtesy launching dock is available during summer season and there is an accessible hiking trail to the 45-foot long fishing pier.
Launch lane is available to 1335 feet msl (mean sea level) reservoir water level elevation.
