Monte Cristo Campground will be closed for campground renovations for approximately 3 months- beginning Monday October 5th to mid-January 2016. The last day the campground will be open to the public will be Sunday, October 4th.
3600-foot elevation. 22 campsites. 2 vehicles and 8 people maximum per site. Campsites are first come - first served. $12 per site per night. RV's to 30'. Call (818) 899-1900 for current conditions and additional information

1) FEES ARE DUE WITHIN 30 MINUTES UPON OCCUPYING CAMP SITE. 2) OCCUPANCY IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. 3) CAMPSITES MUST BE OCCUPIED THE FIRST 24 HOURS. 4) RESERVING OF CAMPSITES IS NOT ALLOWED. 5) 8 PEOPLE, 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM PER CAMPSITE. 6) QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. 7) CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. 8) PETS MUST BE CONFINED OR ON A LEASH.
Directions: Location: From Interstate 210 in Pasadena, exit the Angeles Crest Highway (Hwy. 2) and drive north for 9 miles. Turn left onto the Angeles Forest Highway (County Rd. N3) and drive about 9 miles to the campground. May also be reached from the Sunland area by taking Big Tujunga Canyon Rd. and turning left at the Angeles Forest Highway, or taking the Angeles Forest Highway from the Palmdale area.
