Kingston Peak


Starting west from the town of Alice, Kingston Peak offer a 360 degree view of several fourteeners. Much of this road is above timberline and is steep and rocky in sections. A high-clearance/4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Refer to the Ranger District's motor vehicle use map (MVUM) for more information on roads in this area. General Information

Directions: I-70 westbound, take exit #238 Fall River Road. Drive approx. 8 miles to Alice road, turn left, stay on Alice road, turn right on Steuart road, NFSR 701.
