Hoback Picnic Area


The Hoback Picnic Area is located along the designated Wild and Scenice Hoback River. This is a very pretty spot for enjoying the scenery of the surrounding canyon and for getting in some fishing in the crystal clear waters of the Hoback.

Directions:

Starting from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, head southwest on United States Highway 189 (US-189) for about 13 miles. At the roundabout in Hoback Junction, take the second exit to proceed on US-189 East (US-191 E) for 8 miles, where you will finish at the Hoback Picnic Area on the right.
