Wolf Creek Campground offers great views of the Snake River Canyon. This is the largest campground in the Snake River Canyon with many sites available and it rarely fills, if you're arriving late in the day this might be your campground. This campground also offers easy access to folks looking to get out rafting on the designated Snake River.
There are tent pads and one hike site available as well.

There are no reservations needed for this campground, all of the Bridger-Teton campgrounds are on a "First come, first served basis."
River permits are required for all groups over 15 and for instituational types of groups floating the Snake River between Hoback Junction and Alpine, WY. See our river permits section for more information.
Campground generally opens by Thursday the week before Memorial Day
From the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, head North on Highway 89 (US-89) toward Gresy River Road , going over the bridge of the Snake River for approximately .5 of a mile, then make a right turn on Highway 26 (US-26) to stay on US-89 (US-26) for about 6 miles, where you will see signage for Wolf Creek Campground on the left.
