Elevation: 6477 ft at Cache Cr Trailhead, 6620 ft at first jct with Cache Cr Road, 6692 ft at second jct with Cache Cr Road

Trail Highlights:
- The trail immediately climbs up to a junction with the Putt Putt Trail on an open hillside with aspen. It then takes off going up the drainage, paralleling the road below. It stays on this open hillside, cutting across at a level grade, with nice views up and down the drainage.
- It pops out on the Cache Cr Road across from a junction for the Hagen Trail. You can continue on the Sidewalk for a bit further, through a large open sagebrush meadow, paralleling the road, coming out at another upper junction for the Hagen Trail.
Options:
- This trail serves as a bypass to the busy Cache Cr Road. You can access the Putt Putt Trail at several signed junctions, or access the Hagen Trail.

General Information
Directions:
From Jackson head north on Broadway towards the Elk Refuge. At the hospital, take a right onto Redmond Av. Follow this down for a few minutes, go partly up a small hill and take a left onto Cache Cr Drive. Follow this down and the road will eventually turn to dirt. Keep on this road until reaching a large parking area. Park here and the trail begins just to the left of the gate across the road.
