Green River Lake Campground
Green River Lakes Campground is located near the shores of beautiful Lower Green River Lake, at an elevation of 8,000 feet. Visitors enjoy hiking and backpacking into the adjacent Bridger Wilderness, as well as fishing and canoeing on the lake. Square Top Mountain towers over scenic Green River Lakes. This unique peak is part of the Wind River Range and tops out at an elevation of 11,581 feet. Most campsites afford scenic views of the peak and the lake below. Lodgepole pines dot the campground, offering very limited shade. Wildlife and summer wildflowers are abundant in the area. The access road to the campground is not paved, there is drinking water available, and proper Food Storage is Required.

General Information
Directions:Starting from the Town of Pinedale, Wyoming, head west on United States Highway 191 (US-191) for 6 miles, then make a right turn onto Wyoming State Highway 352 (WY-352) towards Cora. Follow WY-352 for about 14.4 miles, bear left at the fork to stay on WY-352 for another 11 miles. Upon entering the Bridger-Teton National Forest WY-352 changes to Union Pass Road/Forest Road 370600 (FS-3706-0). Continue on FS-370600 for approximately 3 miles and bear right at the fork getting onto Green River Lakes Road/FS-370650. Go down FS-370650 for 15.6 miles and Green River Lake Campground is off to the right.
