This campground is situated on a large lake that is the headwaters of the Namekagon River. There are 34 sites which can accommodate RV's between 35-45 feet. All sites have fire grates and picnic tables. Campsites may be reserved through a campground reservation system. Also available are water pumps, accessible vault toilets, boat ramp, fishing pier, swimming beach, picnic ground, pay telephone, and picnic shelter. Recreation opportunities in the area include excellent fishing, wildlife viewing, mountain biking trails, and hiking on the North Country National Scenic Trail.
Individual campsites are $14 per night or $7 per night if you are an Interagency, Senior, or Access Pass holder.
A $5 per vehicle dayuse fee is required for the boat landing, picnic shelter and area, and swimming area.

The USDA Forest Service honors all four Interagency Recreation Passes that may be applied at National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation and U.S. Fish and Wildlife sites charging recreation use fees. Directions: Located approximately 17 miles east of Cable, drive east on Highway M 10.9 miles to Highway D. Turn left (north) on D and proceed 5.5 miles to Forest Road 209. Turn left (west) and proceed 0.3 miles to the campground.
