This summer the majority of our recreation sites will be open providing a safe and enjoyable recreation experience, however, due to decreasing visitors and increasing operational costs we will be reducing and eliminating services at roughly 11 percent of the Forest’s developed recreation areas.
The Stockfarm Bridge Campground is one of the 11 percent and will be closed for the 2015 camping season. This closure impacts the campground - the boat ramp will remain open. Black Lake Campground and Moose Lake Campground are other Forest Service Campgrounds near Stockfarm Bridge.
