Rush Ridge Trail #227
Rush Ridge Trail #227 is a connector trail that passes along a wooded ridge with several scenic overlooks into the gorge. The trail connects the Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail #100 Section 13 with Rough Trail #221.
This trail is located in the Red River Gorge on the Cumberland District of the Daniel Boone National Forest.

General Information
Directions:From Slade, travel east on KY 15 for 3.2 miles to Tunnel Ridge Road on the left. Follow Tunnel Ridge Road 0.7-mile to the Pinch-em-tight parking area on the left. Hike the Pinch-em-tight Trail to its junction with Rush Ridge Trail #227.
