Grove Drive-in Campground

The campground is located on a wooded ridge above Laurel River Lake, about 10 miles from Corbin, Kentucky and 15 miles from Cumberland Falls State Resort Park.

The campground is closed during winter months. For more information, call 606-528-6156 during open campground season.

This scenic area provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Hiking trails in the campground provide access to the lake. Grove Marina is only a short drive away.

Fishing and boating are favorite activities on Laurel River Lake.

General Information

General Notes:

The campground has no beach for swimming. A public beach is operated by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers at the Laurel River Lake dam. 


Accessibility:

The toilets and some camping facilities have accessible features. 


Directions:

From I-75 exit 25, take US 25 west for 5 miles. Turn right on KY 1193. Go 2 miles. Turn right on Forest Service Road 558. Go 3 miles to Grove Campground. 


Parking:

Parking is available at each campsite and at a parking lot for walk-in campers.

Campground Camping

Most of the campsites are wooded. Each site has a paved vehicle pad, gravel tent pad, fire ring, picnic table and lantern poles. The drive-in sites have electricity and water. The walk-in sites have access to centrally located water but no electricity. 

RV Camping

Electricity and drinking water is available at the drive-in campsites. A dump station is located at the campground entrance.
