Hog Pen Trail #106 begins and ends on Buckskin Trail #113, near Cave Run Lake on the Cumberland Ranger District.
Hog Pen Trail begins where the trail intersects with Cave Run Trail #112 and Cross Over Trail #107. Hog Pen Trail continues eastward along Forest Service Road 1225 and ends at the intersection of Buckskin Trail #113.
