Allen Springs Campsite

Like the other campgrounds on the Metolius, Allen Springs is located amongst towering Ponderosa Pines, on a turn of the Metolius River that broadens the river view. Most of the campsites are better suited to tents rather than RV's.

Fees Per night, per site fee: $14/first vehicle; $7/each additional vehicle. Rate is lowered from mid October- mid May.  $12/first vehicle; $6/each additional vehicle.

From Sisters, OR: Travel 9.6 miles northwest on Highway 20, then 11.1 miles north on Forest Road 14.

Campground Camping

The flow of the Metolius presents a constant background music to the chirping of the birds and the occasional howl of night-time predators. It is located just past Wizard Falls Fish Hatchery(Visiting hours are 8 AM - 7 PM).  Most of the campsites are better suited to tents rather than RV's. It is located several miles past the Camp Sherman to Gorge set of campgrounds.  During the off season the campground will be open with minimum services. 

The following sites are reservable through Hoodoo Recreation: 001, 003, 005-008, 010,013, 015, 016.
