Princess Creek Campsite

This campground is a very densely forested site with many fir, hemlock and spruce species in the area. Located on Odell Lake,, Princess Creek offers great sailing and fishing opportunities. It is rarely crowded even with its nice location on the lake and very easy access from Highway 58. The campground opens early to accommodate the fishing season when the weather permits.

There is a boat launch area within this campground.

From Crescent, OR: Travel 12.2 miles west on County Road 61/Crescent Cut-off Road, then 9.1 miles northwest on Highway 58.

Campground Camping

There site has an excellent boat ramp facility that provides access to your favorite fishing hole. This is also a great campground for those wishing to pitch a tent as the sites are small and are not well suited for RVs. The campground opens early to accommodate the fishing season when weather permits.  Vegetation at Odell Lake is dominated by large Douglas fir, white fir, spruce, and hemlock.  This type of vegetation is typical on the west side of the Cascades and is present because the climate.  Due to its orientation and location adjacent to Willamette Pass, winds can be quite brisk on Odell Lake and whitecaps occasionally form.
