Mount Dutton Trailhead at East Hunt

Mount Dutton Trail #33056 is on the Sevier Plateau and is within a variety of vegetative types including sagebrush, Mountain Mahogany, Douglas fir, spruce, aspen, and grasslands.  Old Forest Service blazes are on trees in wooded areas and some rock cairns and posts identifying the trail in open areas.  Several other trails join this trail.  In addition, several roads cross the trail and users can use the entire trail at one time or use separate segments of the trail at different times. This trail can be accessed on the Mount Dutton Road loop or by hiking Mountain Springs Trail or Deer Creek Trail.
