Campground. High elevation. Be prepared for cold weather. This is a parking area where camping is permitted. Johnson Reservoir is within walking distance. Water will be turned off sometime between 9/18/16 and threat of first frost. Campground will remain open with vault toilets until closed by snow.

Camping is limited to 60 consecutive days. ATVs are not allowed in the campgrounds. ATV riding is not allowed in the Fish Lake basin.

Travel 13 miles northwest of Loa, Utah on Highway 24, then travel 15 miles northeast of Highway 25. Fish Lake is located in south-central Utah along the Fishlake Scenic Byway (U-25) 35 miles southeast of Richfield via U-24 and U-25 (open year around); 20 miles northeast of Loa, Utah via U-24 and U-25 (open year around); 35 miles northwest of Loa, Utah via u-72 and U-25 (open May through October, weather permitting).
Fishlake Scenic Byway (U-25) begins at the junction of U-24 and ends at the junction of U-72. Scenic sites include Fish Lake, the Fish Lake Lodge, Johnson Valley Reservoir, Zedd's Meadow and Mill Meadow Reservoir. Approximate driving time is one hour. Visitors will want to keep their cameras loaded and ready for snapshops of panoramic views and frequent wildlife sightings.
