The trail is open to hiker and horse use only.

This trail climbs east to Bluff Lake within Goat Rocks Wilderness and is steep with exposures.  

From Bluff Lake, the trail climbs to a sub alpine landscape, ending at the junction of Clear Lost Trail #76 and Packwood Lake Trail #78 near the former site of Lost Lake Lookout.

Restrictions: Wilderness Regulations Apply.

Passes: No pass required at Bluff Lake trailhead.
