Area Status: Closed
At 3200' elevation, Goose Lake is a popular fishing spot. There is also a day-use parking area and boat launch, which requires a NW Forest Pass for parking.
About eight miles of gravel road to campground. 18 Campsites are level sites on a hillside. They are walk-in with roadside parking. There is trail access to the lake. Campground is unreacheable after snowfall in late Autumn. Campground is historically open by Memorial Day, depending on snow level.

From Carson, WA, take the Wind River Highway north, take road 65 to Road 60. About 8 miles of gravel road to the campground. An alternative way is taking Highway 141 to Trout Lake, then west on Forest Road 60. About eight miles of gravel road to campground.
