This Trail Open to Hikers, Bikers, Skiers and Equestrian Use. The trail passes through the forest, descends into the Wind River Valley, and crosses a bridge over the Wind River. After the bridge it climbs up to a clearcut and intersects with Forest Road 3053. Many options exist to ski several different loops using this trail and connecting to trails #148, #150, #157 or #159 by using Forest Road 3053. The trail begins across Highway 30 opposite Oldman Pass Sno-Park. The trail is recommended for skiers with good downhill/uphill skills because steep hills require quick reactions and skill.

Permit Info: | A Washington Sno-Park permit is required for each vehicle parked in the winter recreation areas. Vehicles without the appropriate Sno-Park permit are subject to notice of violation and fine. The access roads have Sno-park vehicle signs. It is necessary to have a Sno-Park permit when parking anywhere past these signs. Parking on shoulders may be unsafe. |

Directions:From Carson, Washington travel Northwest on the Wind River Road to Oldman Pass Sno-Park, or Road 3053 from the McClellan Meadows Sno-Park.
