Directions:

From Trout Lake, WA take Mt. Adams Road to Forest Road 23. Follow forest Road 23 for about 7.7 miles. Take a right on Forest Road 8031. Then take the first right. Then stay left. Trailhead access is on 8031-060 spur road.
