Wasatch #508

The Wasatch Trail #508 begins at an intersection with the Bear Creek Trail #635 and ends at an intersection with the Blixt Trail #508.1A and the Bridal Veil Trail #637.  It provides a popular route into the upper Bear Creek drainage, where the upper canyon provides dramatic views of the sculpted and highly eroded canyon walls.  The trail travels through beautiful alpine meadow filled with wild flower in mid-July as it climbs to the divide between the Bear Creek and Bridal Veil Basins. Visitors have several loop options between this trail, the East Fork Bear Creek Trail #513 and the Bridal Veil Trail #636.
