Massey Branch #618
The Massey Branch Trail #618 follows the Massey Branch drainage for the first mile through ponderosa and aspen, while the lower section travels along an oak brush hillside to the Mailbox Trail junction. The Massey Branch Drainage does not usually support any type of fish habitat.

Directions:UPPER ACCESS:
From the Northern Forest Boundary, travel south on Divide Road, FSR #402, for 9 miles to the junction with Uranium Rd., FSR #404. Turn right on Uranium Rd. and travel west and then south for 4.1 miles to its junction with the Massey Road, FSR 404.1B. This road forks left (east) off the Uranium Rd. and runs for 0.9 mile until it ends at a fence with a locked gate; a ranch house is in view to the east beyond the gate. Turn right at the gate and follow the fence-line about 50 yards to the Trailhead.
LOWER ACCESS:
From the Nothern Forest Boundary, travel South on Divide Road, FSR #402, for 9 miles to the junction with Uranium Rd., FSR #404. Turn right on Uranium Rd. and travel for 6.6 miles to Leonards Saddle Road, FSR #414. Travel southeast on this road for 1.5 miles until reaching FSR #414.1A which forks right. Turn right on this road and travel south for 0.2 mile to the Leonards Ridge Trailhead. Travel 0.7 miles down the Leonards Ridge Trail to the lower Mailbox Trailhead. Travel northeast on the Mailbox Trail for 1.1 miles to the lower Massey Bench Trailhead.
