Flowing Park #715.1A
The Flowing Park Trail #715.1A intersects with the Indian Point Trail #715 about 2.3 miles from the trailhead/parking area at Flowing Park Reservoir. The combination of these two trails creates at 14 miles loop with spectacular views. This trail is located on top of the southwest side of the Grand Mesa and overlooks Grand Junction, Delta and Cedaredge, Colorado. It circles around the rim of the mesa and passes through aspen, spruce/fir and open meadows. If you encounter game or stock trials, keep in mind that you are mostly following the rim around the mesa, this can rule out trails heading in other directions.
