Munising Ranger District is located on the northern part of the west side of the Hiawatha National Forest. It is home to an Interagency Visitor Center staffed by US Forest Service and National Park Service staff. Stop by for up-to-date information and suggestions for your trip.

Hours of Operation: Wildflowers can be found in the spring and summer months.  Usually, the first flowers appear in April and the last fade away in October.
