The majority of these campsites surround a small meadow and back up to Aspens and Willows. In late Spring wild Iris' bloom along with other wildflowers in the meadow. A few sites are along Rock Creek. This campground is known for its peace and quiet.
At a Glance
Major reconstruction activities will be taking place on Rock Creek Road for the duration of the 2014 and 2015 seasons. While the road will remain open to traffic throughout the project, visitors may experience delays of up to 30 minutes. Additionally, at certain times, the road may need to be closed for longer periods of time, Monday through Friday.

Dogs on leash only. Maximum stay 21 days. Active bear area. All food must be secured overnight and when not attended; bear boxes are provided and must be used (typical bear box size 48" x 30" x 36"). Always keep a clean camp and do not feed animals, squirrels and rodents.

From Bishop go 23 miles north on Hwy 395 to Tom's Place. Turn south west on Rock Creek Rd and go approximately 5 miles to the campground on the right.
