Area Status: Open
Chute Group Campground is located in beautiful Huntington Canyon along the Huntington Canyon National Scenic Byway at an elevation of approximately 8,000 feet. This is a single group site that accommodates 50 campers. Large spruce trees offer shade, and grassy meadows and thick stands of willow line Huntington Creek. The creek runs adjacent to the campground and is a Blue Ribbon Fishery. Popular activities include fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, and scenic driving. Visitor information available at Stuart Guard Station located in Huntington Canyon along Highway 31.

||This campground is a group site only and can accommodate up to 50 people, with picnic tables, serving tables, grills, and a fire ring with benches. An accessible vault toilet is provided, but there is no water, electricity, or garbage service. This is a "pack it in, pack it out" site and all trash must be removed upon departure. The road and large parking area within Chute Group are dirt. Grassy areas provide nice spots for tents.
Directions from : Huntington Utah, Highway 10, turn west onto Highway 31. Site is located about 26 miles west of Huntington along Highway 31.
