OPEN as of 8/15/2014. 9 campsites near a number of small lakes and reservoirs. Nonmotorized boating only. Hidden Lakes Campground is located 32 miles southwest of Walden, adjacent to a small secluded mountain lake. Due to the mountain pine beetle epidemic, most of the mature pine trees have been removed, resulting in less available shade.
Campground and bathrooms are open, but no fees, trash services or water are provided. Please Leave No Trace, and plan to pack out your trash.
Please use CAUTION as logging operations are still ongoing. Forest Service Road 20 is open only to its junction with the 620. There is no access to the Percy Lake Trailhead at this time. Please call the Parks Ranger District at 970-723-2700 for updates on current conditions.

Directions: Directions from Walden: Head west on Highway 14 for 11 miles to Hebron. Take County Road 24 west through forks with County Roads 5 and 1. After approximately 10 miles the road becomes Forest Road 60 and passes the Grizzly Creek Guard Station at the forest boundary. Go west one mile, then turn left (south) on Forest Road 20, traveling south for 6 miles to the campground. Follow the signs.
