Old House Picnic Area

This small picnic area offers travelers a beautiful place to stop as they enter West Virginia through an eastern gateway to the Monongahela National Forest.

Short hiking trails near the area include the Smoke Camp Trail, #324, which is 1.8 miles in length, and East Fork Trail, #365, is 8.0 miles in length

The Old House Picnic Area is located approximately 5 miles east of Bartow, West Virginia, along US Route 250.
