Rim Rock Trail #487A


This trail connects up with the Clear Creek Crossing Campground and provides some loop opportunities. This trail is featured in the Bear Springs Trap Mountain Bike event, which occurs annually (weather permitting). From the top of Rim Rock, you can get some excellent views of Mt. Hood. Trail goes over many harvested areas and is popular with mountain bikers. 

From Clear Creek Crossing Campground, proceed north along a primitive trail to Forest Road 4330. This road is out and back.

Trail maintenance is conducted by the 44 Trails Association and Hurricane Racing.

Directions:

From Portland, OR head east on Highway 26 to the junction of Highway 216. Head east about 2.5 miles to the junction of Forest Road 2130. Follow signs to Clear Creek Crossing campground.
