Located about 2.75 miles downriver from the Nantahala River Launch site, Ferebee Memorial offers picnic area with tables and charcoal grills, and serves as another launch and take out area.

General Information

Directions: From Franklin follow 64W to Old Murphy Road (SR 1442) turn right and travel .2 miles to SR 1310 W Wayah Road and turn left. For 28 miles stay on 1310 W which passes Nantahala Lake. Continue through Beechertown passing the Nantahala River Launch Site. Make a right onto US 19N/74E. Continue a couple miles and Ferebee is on the left.
