Duncan Hill Trail #1434


The Duncan Hill Trail begins at the end of Forest Service Road 5608 just past North Fork Campground and ends at Emerald Park Trail #1230 within Glacier Peak Wilderness.

The trail is open to motorized trail bike only on segments outside Wilderness. This steep, rocky ridge trail is popular during hunting season. Segments of the trail can be negotiated by motor bikes from Anthem Creek and the first 4 miles from the Duncan Ridge Road. NO motorized or mechanized transport use is allowed above the Wilderness boundary at 10.4 miles.

General Information

Directions:

From Entiat, WA travel south on Highway 97A for 1.2 miles and  turn right (west) on Entiat River Road. Travel 28.5 miles where Entiat River Road turns left slightly and becomes Forest Road 51. Follow for about 4 miles and go right on Forest Road 5608 (just past North Fork Campground) and travel to the end to reach the Duncan Hill Trailhead.
