CLOSED DUE TO WILDFIRE south of junction with Basalt Ridge trail

The Garland Peak Trail begins from Shetipo Trail #1429 and enters Glacier Peak Wilderness to end at it's junction with Larch Lakes Trail #1430.

This is a primitive ridge trail with some steep and rocky segments but offers great scenery along the entire route. This trail is dry most of the summer, bring water. Tread may be faint in some areas. Not recommended for stock.

Restrictions: Wilderness regulations apply within Glacier Peak Wilderness, motorized and mechanized use is prohibited.  No mountain bikes or motorcycles.
