Foggy Dew Campground

This campground is located at the confluence of the North Fork Gold Creek and Foggy Dew Creek.  Nearby trails allow hiking and mountain biking, there is also access to a motorbike use area.  Sawtooth Backcountry multiple use trail brochure with map showing which trails are open to hikers, horses, mountain bikes and motorcycles.

General Information

Directions:

Twenty miles south of Twisp.  Take State Highway 153 to the turnoff for Okanogan County road #1029 (Gold Creek Loop).  Turn west on Okanogan County road #1034 and travel for one mile until it turns into forest road #4340 and continue for four miles to the campground.

Backpacking

Various trail systems in the area allow access into the Lake Chelan Sawtooth Wilderness.  Crater Creek Trail #416, Eagle Lakes Trail #431, Martin Creek Trail #429, Foggy Dew Trail #417.

OHV Trail Riding

Quads are too wide for the trails in this area.
