Manastash Ridge Trail #4W306
This trail follows the ridgeline from junction of Forest Road 3100 and Manastash Ridge Trail #1388 in the west, eastward to junction with Manastash Ridge Trail #1388.1.
This trail begins at Quartz Mountain and runs along the Manastash Ridge, the boundary line between the Naches and Cle Elum Ranger Districts. It ends at Rocky saddle, where it turns into single-track trail 1388.1 (Rocky Saddle is a knife-edge ridge too narrow for jeeps). 4WD328, 4WD309, and 4WD308 can be accessed from the Manastash Ridge trail, along with various Naches R.D. OHV trails. We suggest purchasing or downloading a Naches map when traveling to this area. Jeepers wishing to continue east can bypass Rocky saddle via 4W309, 4W330, and 4W307 to join back up with Manastash Ridge trail (now numbered 694 and administered by the Naches Ranger District) in the vicinity of “Funny Rocks”. Trail 694 continues east 4.5 miles to the National Forest boundary, where street legal vehicles can drive the Barber Springs road (not well signed) back to the main Manastash road.
