Wish Poosh Campground


Area Status: Closed

Wish Poosh is located in a mixed conifer forest on the south east shore of Cle Elum Lake. The campground offers 34 campsites suitable for RVs or tents.

Operational Hours: Off Season, No Services
Fees: Cash or check only. Single Campsite $25; Double Campsite: $45;  Extra vehicle: $7 , (2nd vehicle for single sites, 3rd and 4 vehicles for double sites) will be collected at the campground. Extra vehicle is defined as any vehicle (motorhome, trailer, or passenger vehicle) that is not towed in with the first vehicle. If primary vehicle fills the parking pad, no additional vehicles will be allowed. Day use: $8/vehicle/day.

Restrictions: Water levels in Lake Cle Elum will vary during the summer as water is drawn to provide irrigation for the lower valleys. The boat ramp is typically closed in mid to late July due to low water.

Passes: 50% discount for camping in single site or day use fee, with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age, or Golden Access. Discount does not apply to double or group sites.

Boating - Motorized

Cle Elum Lake is an irrigation reservoir that serves agriculture in the lower Kittitas Valley and Yakima County. Water levels will vary, and typically drop rapidly in early summer. The boat ramp is typically closed due to low water level by mid to late July depending on drawdown related to irrigation demands.
