This campground is located adjacent to the historic Crocker Guard Station. The guard station was recently updated and is available for rental.
This campground is popular in the fall for deer hunters.

Directions:From Portola, California, take Highway 70 east for five miles to County Road 111 at Beckwourth. Proceed north for approximately ten miles to the campground.
