Site Description: Located in the cool pines atop Mingus Mountain, this campground offers a spectacular view of the Verde Valley, the red rocks of Sedona, the San Fransisco Peaks near Flagstaff, and the Mogollon Rim.

Jerome and Prescott Valley, AZ. Approximately 60 minutes from Prescott or Camp Verde, AZ
Maximum vehicle length: 22-40 feet
Off of Hwy 89A (between Prescott Valley and Jerome), turn on Forest Road 104 (at the Summit Picnic Site). Follow dirt road approximately 2.5 miles to 4-way stop. A right turn takes you into the campground.
Depending on the site, trailers between 22 feet to 40 feet in length can be accommodated, but there is no water and no dump station.
Bear country: Food must be stored securely and campsites kept clean!
Each camp site usually accommodates one vehicle towing a camp trailer plus one additional vehicle (there is a charge for additional vehicle). Vehicles must be parked in space provided on site - not along the road.
Sites are designed for 5 people; a maximum of 10 is allowed only to accommodate a single large family.
