Tie Hack Trail

Tie Hack Trail is a 5-mile winter and summer loop. It is a fairly primitive route that incorporates old logging roads and in some stretches there is just minimal clearing through the trees; however, it is marked with arrows making it is easier to follow. Please be aware and respectful of private property while using this trail.

Accessibility:This area is generally accessible year round; however, access may be more difficult during the winter months.
Parking:
The parking lot fits approx. 8 vehicles.
Directions:
From Fairplay travel south on US Highway285 for about one mile and turn right onto County Road 18 (Fourmile Road). Travel about 3.5 miles and the parking lot will be on you turn right. The trail begins headed west and uphill.
