Lake Ivern Trail #994

General Information
Directions:From Prospect, OR, take the Prospect - Butte Falls Highway (Road 992) approximately 3 miles to the junction with Forest Road 37. Turn left (east) and continue 3.5 miles to Forest Road 3700-900. Turn left and proceed to the parking area and Middle Fork Trailhead at the end of the road, approximately 3 miles.
